SERKAP and SERSA, which gather almost the entirety of the manufacturers in the ceramic tile and ceramic sanitary ware industry, are carrying out various activities regarding external publicity for increasing of exports and making the image of Turkish made goods better known. These include activities like participations in international trade fairs, establishment and maintaining relations with foreign media, especially trade magazines, placing adverts in magazines in target markets and invitations to foreign trade missions and magazine editors and preparation of catalogs, CD Roms and web pages.
These activities are conducted in coordination and collaboration with Undersecretariat of Foreign Trade and Exporters Unions. The entirety of the international publicity activities are financed out of the Ceramics Industry Joint Promotion Fund from the budget of Central Anatolia Exporters Union. Participation of Association staff in trade fairs is carried out upon assignments by UTF and Exporters Union and international expenditures are covered out of the said fund.
